Every now and then we are tasked with creating an estimate for a client with just rough dimensions of a project. as an example 20LF of a wall, 800SF of space, etc.

It becomes a bit of an annoyance of having to create a linear item for example, and just having to re-adjust the line size to account for the correct total LF of the designated sizing. or the same thing with an area if we know a given dimension space is something like 20x40.

I would suggest being able to click one point of an item trying to be created and being able to use the arrow keys to determine which location the item is to be created with a box that pops up to confirm the dimension of the item trying to be created.

Function should be able to work on other items too such as when trying to measure a dimension.
