Our vendor made a comment that it would make their lives easier if our company name and the name of the person who sent the quote was on the subject line of the email they receive

From the vendor's email..
"My only complaint about Buzz Bid is that is doesn't say who and the company is in subject line or the sender's name. It only says form "BuzzBid" and then the job name. Minor thing for sure but only thing I've seen that is inconvenient on our side. Now once you open it up obviously all the information is there. It comes back to us already in a PDF which I really like.
