Suggest an Improvement

when pricing 2x4 ACT; 2ft round up is too little and 4ft is too much compared to our past pricing models. Create another option for round up that links to your 2x4 or custom grid size would be an intuitive solution to the problem. I am assuming that it would be just the average between the two dimensions, but not 100% sure.

Can we please get a "move up/move down" button for the assembly #'s in the takeoff list?

Please add a feature to break down the subcontractors Bid amounts by Location.

It would be nice if items in the same "Description/Pricing Group" would show up as a single line item in the "Material Review" tab. This would let you round the items more accurately without having to do manual calculations. You could have a button to expand them and show which items are being consolidated.

On the Assemblies > Crew Tab you are stuck having the project's default work day hours under "regular". It would be nice if you could zero these out and replace them fully with OT or DT instead of adding them as supplemental. This is helpful when pricing night work which is 100% OT. Currently the workaround is to change the "regular" wage rate to the OT rate, but this is kind of messy and could be potentially confusing to some users.

Add a status bar column when in Assemblies>All so you can see what has been reviewed when double checking pricing.

Can you make it so we can copy a condition/assembly from one project to another?

Can a check box be added to each assembly to check once the assembly has been reviewed and verified?

We work in areas where the fringe is a percent of the wages but also areas where it is a fixed dollar and unaffected by overtime or double time. Can a second column be added for Union Fringe (Dollars) and call the one there now Union Fringe (Percent)

Current Panel DIM1 for a panel is only allowed to be count - can it also be count X height
